DISCOVER AN UNCONTAMINATED PLACE: VISIT TO THE VINEYARDS, THE CELLAR AND THE 18TH CENTURY VILLA
Description:
Come and discover the history of our land and of our family and how we live this unique place today.
By jeep or tractor-drawn cart, we will visit our vineyards together, passing through mule tracks and narrow stone roads immersed in nature, among fruit trees and ancient woods.
At the top of the hill, we can stop to admire the little-known panorama of the Valle del Rabbi, enclosed in an embrace between the Apennines and the sea, the Calanchi and the Rocca delle Camminate.
Together we will visit the production cellar, we will walk through the ancient tunnel that now houses the barrel cellar, the Noelia Ricci archive and the historical wine archive of the Zoli family of Predappio.
Through the tunnel we will arrive in the marvelous Villa built in 1731 by the Marquises Albicini, with 100 windows and a thousand legends, which hosted artists, poets and leaders, which has kept its splendor intact. After a brief visit to the most beautiful halls, inside the Sala del Camino follows a tasting of 4 of our Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa wines, organic, territorial and elegant, accompanied by local delicacies, such as bruschetta from Romagna, stuffed piadina and vegetables from season, prepared with typical products of the area and of our production and a plate of homemade tagliatelle.
